HERITAGE RANCH
The gated community of Heritage Ranch encompasses approximately 9,150 total acres of which 5,100 are to be held in permanent open space. Open space at Heritage Ranch includes the many recreational amenities along with undeveloped, natural open areas which can be used exclusively by members of the HROA and their guests. As of June 30, 2006 there are 2104 assessment paying residential lots in Heritage Ranch.Under the developement agreement between HROA and developers the number of lots to be developed at Heritage cannot exceed 3,100.
